Liquid-cooled IGBT electrolyser power supply adopts a highly efficient and reliable design, the power system consists of a combination of AC-DC type pwm rectifiers and DC-DC converters with three-level IGBTs, under low voltage and high current working conditions. It is suitable for 500 standard cubic meters of hydrogen production equipment, and the maximum output current can reach 4400 A. The system adopts modular design, which can be flexibly adjusted for customer needs while improving product standardisation. Three different control strategies can effectively output different levels of voltage and current for different types of electrolysers. Reliable liquid cooling and IP54 protection can better adapt to complex environments, which not only greatly improves the life of the whole machine, but also reduces the extra loss caused by temperature.
