DC Grid Hydrogen Generation System

CheeHong Hydrogen are dedicated to the research and development of green power direct hydrogen generation systems and DC microgrid hydrogen generation systems. Green power hydrogen generation systems typically rely on power sources such as wind power, photovoltaic power, energy storage systems, and tidal power, which have high power fluctuations in the absence of large-scale grid power support. CheeHong Hydrogen has developed a DC-DC power supply and corresponding Energy Management System (EMS) dedicated to hydrogen production, which can be directly connected to the new energy converter. The EMS adjusts the output power of the hydrogen power supply according to the power generated by the new energy source and coordinates the control of the entire system for efficient response times. It coordinates active and reactive power outputs, suppresses the effects of harmonics on the electrolyser, and ensures that power fluctuations are effectively controlled for safe and efficient hydrogen preparation.
